It started in 1969 with Eduardo Rodriguez Sr. as a custom home general contractor. Before specializing in shell work, he saw how difficult it was to find an organized and qualified shell contractor.
As a result, Eduardo Sr. took matters into his own hands and self-performed on his own concrete structures, simultaneously building the foundation for his company on dedication, quality and pride. In 1991, Eduardo Rodriguez Jr. joined his father at E & F Builders and began the company transition from full service general contractor to full service shell contractor.
Since then, they have successfully completed over 200 structural projects with local general contractors. These contracts range from $250k – $7 million and consist of residential, commercial and government projects in South Florida. The quality-driven history of the company and its financial strength has created a $20 million + bonding capability. Our experience and focus on consistent quality control is why we truly understand what the client needs and requires.
